At Zenith Restore, we provide clear shipping expectations for freight-delivered wellness equipment. Shipping is free within the United States unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States only
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
- Remote locations may require special arrangements
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders within the United States. Any exceptions or special shipping requirements will be clearly noted on the product page or communicated before fulfillment.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days from the time your order is placed. Large, freight-delivered, or made-to-order items may require additional time. If a product requires a longer timeline, that information will be clearly noted on the product page.
Freight & Carrier Delivery
Orders may ship through national parcel carriers or freight carriers depending on product size, weight, and destination. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.
Delivery Issues
If your shipment is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist with carrier tracking.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Missing Items
If anything is missing from your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the missing item details.
Returns Are Not Free
We do not offer exchanges. If a product qualifies due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, a replacement or resolution will be provided as appropriate.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping is not free. Return logistics are handled in coordination with the manufacturer, and approved returns may be subject to restocking and freight charges where applicable.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned shipments may be subject to reshipping fees.
